Yummy yummy yummy for my tummy!! I love this recipe. I am a SUCKER for buffalo wings but week in and week out watching games eating wings is a little much. Sooooooo, for all my health conscience peeps, here is a delicious and ridiculous alternative. This was my test batch so I only used a half of a cauliflower. Use a WHOLE cauliflower when making below. IT WILL GO FAST!!
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Cut up one whole head of cauliflower

Mix 1/2c Buffalo Sauce or Red’s Hot Sauce, 2Tblsp Olive Oil, couple turns of a fresh ground pepper, a couple shakes of 21 seasoning (Trader Joes) or use any all seasoning you would put on chicken, and a couple shakes of cayenne pepper (optional, but I like shit HOT AS HELL)
