HOLY Homemade Snickers…..!

Yeah that’s right,  get ready to be satisfied! When you are hungry and become like a werewolf DO NOT reach for a Snickers ever again!  Make these! THEY ARE REALLY EASY. They just look like a lot.  I have to give a girl named Nikki off of Pinterest credit for these although I DID alter mine a little bit.  But I believe she has “For Heavens Bake” Not sure because these were pinned so many times but Nikki…I now love you.  I went picture happy on these because I was having so much fun with them.  Ok here we go……….

-Grease a 9×11 baking pan

Bottom chocolate

-melt 3/4 c milk choco and 3/4 c semi sweet chips with 1/4c peanut butter and a dash of vanilla in a bowl in microwave

-spread evenly into bottom of greased pan. COMPLETELY COOL


– melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter in sauce pan

– add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 c evaporated milk and stir until dissovled

-bring to a boil and let cook about 5 min stirring occasionally, then add 3 ingredients below

– 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff

-1/4 cup peanut butter

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-mix until smooth

-add 1 1/2 c rough chopped peanuts, stir until incorporated the pour over cooled chocolate layer.  COMPLETELY COOL


– melt 1 14-ounce bag of caramels and 1/4 c whipping cream in a saucepan until smooth

-pour over cooled nougat layer.  COMPLETELY COOL

Top Chocolate:

-Same as Bottom Chocolate above.  Pour over cooled caramel layer and COMPLETELY COOL

-Let sit in fridge at least an hour before cutting.  For best results keep in fridge.
