Salted Caramel Sauce (DANGEROUS!)

I want to bath in this stuff!!!! It is beyond ridiculous!  It is SIMPLE to make, BUT I altered it a bit and cut back the salt however, because it was a little heavy but you decide.  Honestly I have keep myself from eating the ENTIRE batch every time.  Thanks Amanda for sharing your recipe.  Enjoy!

1 1/4 c sugar

1/2c water,

1 1/2tsp KOSHER salt (it was 2 but i reduced)

3/4c heavy cream.

-Dissolve over med-high heat the sugar, water and salt

-Once dissolved turn heat up bring to boil.

-DO NOT stir, swirl pan while boiling occasionally until mixture turns dark golden

-BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN! Once its a dark gold color pour in cream.

-It will bubble up fast so just dont burn yourself. Stir gently until incorporated

-Pour into desired container, let set up.  YUMMMMMMMMMY!
