Blood Orange Mimosas

Who doesn’t like a nice Mimosa?  Well I decided to put a little twist on mine for a light brunch I made for friends.  I mean c’mon, brunch without champagne served in some manner or another? No brunch in MY house.  Super easy so here ya go:

-Take 6-7 Blood red oranges, and cut in half

-FRESH squeeze them into a mug

-add a few Tablespoons of juice to champagne flute

-pour your favorite CHILLED bubbly (Prosecco works nice here)

-Serve and get bubbly yourself!
