Growing up in Montana we ate some weird shit. Scones (big stretched fry bread with honey) Pork chop sandwiches and PASTIES!. They are of British decent and basically a meat pie in a pastry type enclosed shell. Here is my American version. (I did cocktail size ones in honor of my cousin Michael’s girlfriend Billie) Great idea babygirl.
**Note these are a little difficult to put together and crimp but just pour yourself a nice glass of CADE cabernet and get to work!**

-mix it all together
-cut puff pastry into small squares
-add a spoonful of meat mixture, fold into triangle and crimp all sides with fork.
-bake at 400 degrees until golden brown (about 10min)
